We bake all our bread to order with deliveries within hours of leaving the oven, maximising freshness, and reducing food waste.
Keeping it local with ingredients
We use flour milled in Driffield, and rapeseed oil from the Yorkshire Wolds in our focaccia, supporting local food producers and reducing food miles.

Just had our first loaf of lukes sourdough bread i have alot of different sourdough breads but this is absolutely awesome the best sourdough I have ever had, just wish there was a supplier a bit nearer to where we live, I would buy it every week, it makes awesome toast or just with butter, cheese on toast, very nice.

Amazing bread.not cheap but. when you look into breads. … compared to nasty mass produced crap . It’s worth it for the health bonus alone never mind the taste. Slice and freeze this for great snacks light meals. Great with advacado & eggs on. Cheese too ..we love it. Keep up the good work Luke. 😊
