We were chuffed to attend the inaugural EY UP Awards at Drewtons’ Manor Rooms, a brand-new event from the East Yorkshire Local Food Network celebrating the people, places, producers and projects that make East Yorkshire’s food, drink and hospitality sector so special. As well as attending the event, we were delighted to sponsor the ‘Unique Plate’ category. The judges shortlisted East Yorkshire venues – Blok & Vine, Salt on the Harbour and Spirit of Yorkshire distillery. On the night, Luke revealed the winner as Blok & Vine, a beautiful bistro in Beverley serving coffee, charcuterie and cheeses from some of Yorkshire’s best food suppliers.
The event was well-attended and a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our local area’s incredible food scene. Same again next year?
