Hot Cross Sourdough Loaf
A traditional Easter favourite, but in a sourdough loaf. This loaf taps into the flavour profile of a standard hot cross bun; warm aromatic spices, plump rich fruits, bitter sweet citrus peel, all wrapped up in an enriched sourdough.
Highly commended by the 2025 Deliciously Yorkshire judges, they described our Hot Cross Sourdough as having a “wonderfully soft, almost crumpet-like texture”

Keeping it local with ingredients
We use flour milled in Driffield, and rapeseed oil from the Yorkshire Wolds in our focaccia, supporting local food producers and reducing food miles.
